Tallybuy

What Tallybuy provides

Tallybuy shows offers from merchants for products in a market you choose, with each figure's source and the time it was observed. We tell you when a figure is unknown instead of guessing. The site is free to use.

You buy from the merchant

Tallybuy is not the seller, does not process orders or payments and does not decide which offer is right for you. A purchase is a contract between you and the merchant under the merchant's terms, including its delivery, returns and warranty terms. Check the merchant's own page for the final price before you buy.

Prices change

Prices, availability and delivery terms can change after we observe them. We take care to show what the source gave us, but we cannot promise that an offer is still available at the price shown. If we see a mistake we correct it; tell us at the address in the legal notice.

Using the site

You may use the site for your own shopping research. Please do not copy it at scale, overload it, or try to get around its security. Automated access is available through the interfaces we publish for it; contact us for terms.

Counting views and clicks

If you accept analytics, Tallybuy counts how often a product page is opened and how often a link to a shop is followed. These are plain totals per product and day, with nothing that identifies you, deleted after 60 days. They show which products are popular and may decide the order of product lists; where a list is ordered that way, the page says so. Merchants cannot pay to change these numbers. Details are in the privacy notice.

Content and rights

The Tallybuy name, design and software belong to the operator. Product descriptions, images and specifications belong to their providers and appear under the licence or permission of the source named on the page. You may not reuse them beyond what the law and those licences allow.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be limited. In other cases, and as far as the law allows, we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation and only for the damage that was foreseeable. We are not liable for the content, availability or conduct of merchants or other websites we link to.

Governing law

Portuguese law applies, except that if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Changes to these terms apply from the date shown above.
