The InLine® Simplex LC/LC coupler connects two single-mode optical fibres precisely and permanently. The integrated ceramic sleeve ensures that the LC connectors are precisely aligned. This supports clean signal transmission within existing fibre-optic infrastructures. The integrated laser safety shield reduces light leakage from open connectors and enhances safety during operation. This makes the coupler suitable for installations where a reliable and secure connection is required. Thanks to the sturdy metal bracket, the coupler can be securely mounted in SC simplex cut-outs. The PC housing, compliant with UL 94V0, supports long-term use in professional network environments. The coupler is suitable for FTTH installations, fibre-optic patch panels, backbone distribution systems in buildings and telecommunications systems. It supports the structured connection of fibre-optic links and facilitates maintenance, expansion and servicing work within existing network infrastructures.
