This internal power adapter breaks out the 20-pin ATX connector of a power supply to the P8/P9 connectors of an AT mainboard. It enables operation of older systems with an ATX power supply and reduces effort when existing components are to be retained. The short cable supports tidy routing inside the case. It proves itself in repairs, upgrades and service deployments in existing infrastructures, for example in workshops, during on-site installations, and in companies and public institutions with legacy hardware.
