This USB-C industrial hub enables the central expansion of a USB-C port by ten additional USB-C ports. It has been specially developed for use in industrial environments and allows the simultaneous operation of multiple USB end devices with stable performance. Thanks to support for the USB 3.2 Gen.1 standard, the hub achieves data transfer rates of up to 5 Gb/s and is backwards compatible with older USB standards. This enables flexible use with existing systems and devices. Power is supplied either via an external power supply unit or directly via industrial power sources in the range of 12–24 V DC. In addition, an alternative 2-pin terminal connection is available, allowing the hub to be optimally integrated into various installation environments. The powerful 70 W power supply at 20 V supports the simultaneous powering of multiple connected devices. The power per port remains at a maximum of 5 V / 3 A in accordance with BC1.2 and is distributed accordingly during simultaneous use. The robust aluminium housing and the extended temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C ensure reliable operation even under demanding conditions. Integrated protection mechanisms such as short-circuit, overcurrent and overvoltage protection, as well as ESD protection, ensure safe operation. Installation is flexible via DIN rail or wall mount.
