The InLine® PoE+ Extender enables the reliable extension of network and PoE connections over long distances outdoors. Thanks to support for IEEE 802.3af/at, power is supplied directly via the network cable. A separate power supply is not required. This significantly simplifies installation and reduces the amount of cabling required. The robust housing with IP67 protection is designed for use in demanding environments. The extender operates reliably in changing weather conditions and is suitable for outdoor installations, on buildings or in industrial applications. The compact design allows for flexible integration even where space is limited. With data transfer rates of up to 1 Gb/s, the device is suitable for performance-intensive applications such as IP cameras or other PoE end devices. Thanks to its cascadable structure, several extenders can be connected in series. This allows network links of up to 800 m to be established, depending on the cable type and installation environment. Installation is carried out without configuration in plug-and-play mode. The extender is simply integrated between existing network connections and is ready for use immediately.
