Use two connections over one cable:Cable Sharing for 10/100 Mb/s LAN and/or ISDN. Simple implementation without new cabling:Port doubler with RJ45 plug to 2x RJ45 sockets. Reliable signal separation at the destination:With a second adapter, the signals are split back to two ports. Compact, flexible handling:Approx. 0.15 m connection cable facilitates placement at outlets and panels.
The T-adapter combines two connections on an existing twisted-pair link. 10/100 Mb/s LAN and/or ISDN each use two wire pairs, so Cable Sharing can be used without additional cabling. At the other cable end, a second adapter splits the signals back to two ports. The documented pin assignment supports clean, low-error installation, the metallized plastic housing is unobtrusive and robust. This pays off in professional IT environments, for on-site installations and in service deployments - especially in existing infrastructures of companies and public institutions, when additional connections are needed at short notice without laying new cables.
