This adapter cable connects a USB 2.0 A plug to a 15-pin Sub-D socket. It is intended for so-called combo devices with a 15-pin port. The adapter is not a converter and contains no drivers; in particular, there is no conversion of a game port interface to USB. It is suitable for use in existing infrastructures, for on-site installations, and in service deployments when specific 15-pin combo ports are to be used without integrating additional hardware or software.
